There is a lot of science around that, obviously in terms of good food. And if I kind of pull it back into polyvagal theory, it's to do with the vagus nerve and gut health. It sends information from the gut up into the brain about our state of our functioning. Good stress happens when the body gets exposed to short bursts of stress and then followed by recovery. There are other things like hot, cold experiences.
