A security equivalent of computers are warm is that they're doing their job. You want to develop a feedback loop over time because improving that number of times is going to be different every single time depending on your environment and what you've changed. And so this is a super set of what we call toil or sorry, this is a subset. The only way to measure toil is to ask people how they're feeling.
