Mangos are grown throughout the world and the top five production countries control over 65% of the market in total. It's 36 million tons out of the 55 million that are total globally. So their Mexican producers can make average revenue of $6,000 per acre for mango orchards in a given year. The market is growing at about 7% per year. They're approximately 125Orchards in Mexico and there are 250,000 acres that are devoted to mango orchard in Mexico.
