I did psychology as a year 12 subject. I was really into it. And I think I actually think it was my highest study school. The way that we show up in the world and the way we frame our world is really complex, right? We don't just wake up one day with this fully formed kind of picture of who we are. They stuff evolves and it changes and it's mediated by what happens to us when we're kids. Some people win the lottery in terms of not having tricky stuff to bump into. But then there's people who absolutely don't and their whole world, they're bumping into really tricky stuff. That stuff massively shifts how we just how we are
