The type of person from an endurance sport perspective who is going to be driven to over train is going to try to lose weight. The other thing on the nutrition side of it was also a protein intake of less than 1.7 grams per kilogram a day, which if you do the math that's like over 100 grams a day. I think we're more susceptible to that. Honestly, just been ingrained in us through not just media, but actual scientific textbooks and training books on Watts per kilogram.
