Small hands are nok to hit harder in cross tatesa. You don't realize the capacity that fingers and hands have for hypertrophy when you actually train them directly. I didn't really think about that when carrying over was a grip, cause with climbing, i never really focus much on l i did do a lot of finger training and stuff like that,. but it wasn't something that i thought about applying to other things.
