The Role of Sol in Teaching Stability, Object Control, and Locomotor Skills

The We Talk coach uses the concept of Sol, which is stability, object control, locomotor skills. He says rugby can be a good sport to teach those skills through football. And he believes that if kids become competent in those three things, you can put on most games and they're gonna have some sense of fun by doing that.
