i did what you'd call like a block work ot with some short intervals, on a thursday and friday last week. blocking at work oas essentially doing something hard one day, or something specific one day, and then doing i again the following day. Abot just block training in general. It's something that has been pretty common in ultra marathon running, but mostly specific to the long runs.
