I think a lot of sense I like the those analogies your team is learning not just in a virtual environment what to do but also when things return they'll be more prepared for that. Exactly yeah the intent is the same with what you're doing right virtually is what you would do in person. So it's just making sure they understand it's actually the same mindset just different channels. And traditionally I think agencies have had this account coordinator type role, but I think even like startups will need to demand it because they're going to be relied on to act the fastest and follow the fastest due to their lack of brand.
