There's something that goes on psychologically internally that makes it easier to look at external things. We think if this external thing were fixed if this is different if i could achieve this then i would feel different on the inside and we work to that goal toward that goal with that expectation. If those externals don't align with the internals you know possibly because we don't understand the internals well enough I think there's a lot of reasons why this happens.
