The Importance of Obsession in Fitness
I think for many people, physical activity, exercise, especially the gym or any kind of practice when you're training, conditioning the body is your first, it's the gateway drug. To obsession because you get a lot of positive feedback traditionally. And I feel like lately I've been working out for a third and it's most people either work out to like be healthy. But then a third, which is like what I'm really focusing on is I'm like training and running and lifting because I want better ideas. So I'm doing it. It's like health mindset.
