If someone is struggling with a negative thought, i say, challenge that thought and demand proof. I think you very rarely regret checking something in advance. Maybe had like, a body part that felt off and was avoiding going to the doctor just thinking, it'll get better. What would you recommend to that person? And i think this is true on a personal level. It's also true on lika systemic level, like a cultural level.
