The Four Phases of Movement
In eastern philosophy, there's no talk of almost being the inner connectedness and being a citizen. Whereas in he western world, especially here in the united states, it's like, individualism. So that's why i started to refer to some of the things that i'm doing with with this terns - four phases of movement. And if you just focus on one element, then you're missing something big time also. In a way, selflessness gives you immortality. It's the only thing that we'll really never go.
