How to Zoom Into the Group That Is Not Performing Well

I wonder whether it's intentional that you would start zooming into the group that is in the high performance. And then kind of bringing some positive ideas and positive reflections into the room before you look at those who think we're not performing well. That's a great question. I'm actually thinking, have I done it the other way too? And I may have. It kind of depends on maybe what instinctually where I think they're ready to go to get them there. Yeah. Maybe even who has put their dot where because if the team leader, the manager, the highest person in the room has a better view, then if you start with them, the others might feel judged.
