You want to be as focused and almost, i blinked, as possible. It's one point six seconds from when you leave the boards, or hissing the water, hit the water at 35 miles an hour. Everything goes into slow motion in a weird way because we we have to make so many micro adjustments all the way throughout. And that spatial awareness is what is really key to being able to be as consistent as you can as a diver.
