The Legality of CBD in New York City

There's a few legal shops that have opened up in there's like unlicensed stores in New York City they've been around for a year. I don't know if there's some sort of weird crackdown where they were like telling you you can't mix CBD into your drinks hmm well maybe you couldn't have health claims I'm like that. So back to this loft and you're washing machine story so we had no laundry because it was not a residential neighborhood. There was only one other person who lived there full-time and a creepy dude in the mechanical like tower next to us super creepy.
