The Shmah Reduplicated Adjectives

The shmah reduplication is rampant in all of the languages of the region. It's an attenuative it means somewhat or ish and then there are variants like hamburger schmamburger where you change the front bit or the end of a word to make it more appetizing. The shmah can be communicated purely by salop salai but if you say salop Salai and you add salai to it, that adds another meaning which isn't meant as part of its own.
