Change Management - How to Influence Change Management
Change management is knocking latou super hard, i think that people that try to do it inside of companies from a manager or director level are setting themselves up for a lot of frustration. There's a ton of experience that you gain in marketing, but also business politics, like communication and leadership. I'm very grateful for the opportunity there would never have changed my career if ik hadn't done change management. Thats just been my experience so far. And i am pumped.
