Do You Have a Problem With Women Minorities in the Interview Setting?

Yu: There's this sort of, i think, an interesting tension that runs throughout your book. You worry about people like robin hanson being kind of denied various opportunities and people overlooking them. But on the other hand, you talk all about how women and minorities also aren't being eto picked up. Yu: What we tell people in the book is like, don't give up. A lot of talent is there. Just say like, i don't know what to make of this persond, put them in the pile. And just to be fully cognizant how much for a lot of different groups of people it's hard to act themselves and feel comfortable.
