The ANZ structure is based on a series of 'epics' - features that can be delivered in six months, nine months out of stretch. And then each epic will have a series of user stories to help shape the work. At the end of a sprint, you do a retrospective where you talk about what was achieved and how it could be improved. Then you have sprint planning, where you then plan again for the next sprint.
