What's the But?

We don't need to use prejudice in there we do need to be aware of our biases and blind spots. What we can't do though is keep ignoring dismissing and overriding ourselves and using picky as a basis for doing that because that is extremely problematic. It's not a problem to experience discomfort but we act like it is. We act like the problem is that we are uncomfortable not whatever it was that spots the discomfort.
