Rodan and Fields replied with an unsigned statement that came from the email address, corporatepr at Rodanandfields.com. In it, they asked us to clarify that they do not sell lotion or soap. When asked why they didn't structure their business as a franchise, they said it was to save their recruit's money. Finally, they spent a paragraph speculating on how content and empowered their sales forces.
