Is It a Good Idea to Eat Breakfast and Dinner?

Three to four meals a day may be the most appropriate amount of protein. There's certain number of hours in between, it doesn't have to be every three hours that you're stimulating that muscle protein synthesis process. I've used fasting strategies myself and with clients in the past that are based around big, proting feedings at just breakfast and dinner. And for some people, that works really well, particularly if they're really busy through the day and they don't like eating while they're busy.
