The Differences Between Beginners and Advanced Swimmers

I haven't prescribed anything based on css in in a good couple of years I think well it's it's all perceived effort and I tend to use quite a little uh just verbal cues like threshold effort or endurance effort. Ironman effort would be a study pretty steady aerobic but not slow aerobic have 7 to 3 effort Olympic effort is kind of the same as the three efforts. The sets that that they do are important to make sure that they track their speed throughout a session because many of the the beginners or early stage swimmers they they're not looking at there at the clock so you might ask them like what's your best 400, for example.
