How Alex and I Diagnosed With ADHD
Alex grew up in a very free and respected and safe hippie environment. This meant his ADHD symptoms were obvious, but they were also perfectly tolerated. A lot of GPs think that means you have to have had the disorder growing up. We're going to give you some personal stories now because we both have, we'll live with ADHD.
