Dairy is a great source of protein and you can go for like reduced fat or low fat um dairy. The data seems to suggest that it's the full fat dairy that's beneficial from a cardio metabolic health standpoint but if you're conscious of the swaps, i think it's probably not a big deal. Nobody today on the center american diet is under-consuming fat yeah which is part of the problem. In certain parts of canada they've legalized drugs but raw dairy is still illegal interesting I wonder why i don't never understood why raw dairy is so controversial in australia.
