The Importance of Flexibility in Exercises

I've seen this exercise go from years and years ago. It looked like it was a pretty good one for people with lower back issues, to get some blood into the hamstrings and the butt. People usually don't get there because they're usually using too much weight. That's a major thing I noticed on that particular exercise is people don't finish the exercise either. So now I'm like telling everybody, this is the one you got to do because I'm so sore.
