Getting Perspective Is the Key to Detoxification

You may absolutely love and adore that person, but you're in this toxic period or whatever. Or you may not like that person at all, but that's because maybe it hus been toxic from the beginning. Whatever the reason, if this is a continual process, boundaries are definitely necessary. You need to get the space created in order for you to be able to get perspective. And once you've got perspective, you can then start detoxing and finding the roots.
