The Importance of Taste in Competition

"I always love to taste other people's food while they're cooking," Paducah says. "But I don't know that I've ever tasted like another chef's composed plated dish because those are either going out to the judges or for, you know, what they call food porn." She is working on a cookbook and wants to open up a larger dining space at her restaurant in New York City. The waiting list just keeps getting bigger and she can't wait to get it signed.
