The Importance of Carbohydrate Manipulation in Athletes
Carbohydrate, quote unquote volatility, at least in volume is quite an important thing to think about. An athlete might be going through 7,000 calories and then another day it might be 3000. It's something that you wouldn't advise for somebody who isn't doing 6,000 calories of exercise on a bike. What is an optimal diet for a total of friends cyclists? So it wouldn't be for a weekend warrior.
