If you want to build a community, you need to be more o over facilitad all right. We cannot have ideas and expectation and push them on to one person or a really small group of people because impossible. Especially because it is a community of practice that is free of time and their passion. And so the opportunity for them to connect together around a shere challenge made all the difference. So suddenly said, ok, we encourage yo. We build a mentership programme where they would join forces. They couldn't facilitate o hose the workshop by themselves. The secret sauce is this distributing control and ownership for different parts of the community to different people.
