The Kettlebell Swing and the Optional Power Exercise

Kettlebell swing is a dynamic deadlift. It's the exact same movement, but now instead of just the implement going straight up and down, if you're doing a kettlebell swing right,. You're doing a deadlift. The only difference is you're more explosive with it; the implement is now moving in front of you to behind you as opposed to the barbell goingstraight up and down. This is not a cardiovascular based exercise. This is a muscle development, neurological neuromuscular based drill to improve your speed, power and rate of force development.
