I was able to get upwards of like 25,000 feet of climbing over a hundred miles while balancing all of these things and so at the end of the day if you really want to make time for something you can make time for it. I even did like someone the treadmill for hurt this year in negative 35 degrees and I would spend five hours on the treadmill just going up and down up and down  and that paid off. You just have to do the best you can with what you have and learn that all of those mental pieces are going to help whether it's five hours onthe treadmill or going up andDown the same street because it's the hilly street you can find.
