Research shows that when we read a review of a restaurant or a book, i am taking away how did that person feel about that? Definitely. And is really fundamental, because that's how human beings connect. That's alotf times, the key indicator of our perception, attitude and behavior. So whenever i work on my gos and i feel really stressed out and i feel that other people are doing great a better than me, i want to avoid the information,. Those are the moment i realize, actually, i shouldn't be afraid. I should actually see those information, because that will give the bench mark i need to motivate myself to move forward. It might just not just be one
