I think we have to come up with those guardrails because if we don't, technology literally has got it. It's tentacles into every part of our lives. I keep people who are off for a road bike and all of a sudden they got a smart watch on and they can't resist the urge. We have a condition now called Phantom Vibration Syndrome where even if our phone or our watch isn't on our body, we have a tingling sensation that it's vibrating. If you get distracted by either an email or a text, it's like 64 seconds before you're back on track, right? There's a lag time. They call it the resumption
