The next big success factor is having a financial model that you can adjust the variables. I've actually got a spreadsheet like that, Raph, that I could definitely make it available for people to have a play around with. A lot of owners that have one really successful location that's been going well and they're looking to expand, they find a spot. So then we do their model for them and when they get down to looking at the capability of this new location, lots of times it doesn't go ahead because I say, look, we don't think we could actually do that many classes per week or we can't afford to pay.
