Sally Kohn: I like a percentage of pullers, in my mind, it was like 75, 25 kind of like women to men. How gender do you think it is? She says the pushers that she has managed or worked with as colleagues who are women have tended to be competitive athletes. And then on the pollers, she actually thinks the men who are pollers are even more quietly suffering.Kohn: Maybe they competitive athlete turned into the competitive employee. But, but I think they exist.
