Dope, a Mean Smackin Uss
We want to have the dope, a mean smackin uss when we're doing the good action that's going to form the good habit. So for example, you might put the exercise bak in front of the t v whilst you're washing t v. Or you might, you know, we did our digital alism last week, and we're very well aware the amount of dofe men hits we get from social media. You can maybe check your social media after you do something a productive, maybe after you go to the gim or something like that. It's all about re programming or reframing those things to make them more attractive and less of a chaw.
