How to Improve Performance With New Athletes
Coaches should always be making the minimum number of changes at once. Even just understanding how to alculate a correlation between different measurements can be really useful for an athlete. If you could look at rolling averages of measurements over time, that wipes out the impact of any given outlye or whether it's a really bad day or a really good day. And then you're not making decisions based off of outlie or data point. So these are really easy things that coaches can do that don't really take a lot of time. It could make sure that they aren't making decisions based on emotions and changing them too many times.
