How to Measure Grip Strength

Austin: I think that this is something that probably varies based on the person's level of training advancement and where they're at. If you fully wanted to develop your grip to the highest level, you wouldn't use straps 100% of the time, but it would be very unlikely to not have any improvement in grip strength with using straps. And really, straps are just another tool to use, right? Like I use them particularly on multi rep, higher rep sets for dead lifts and rows because my hands get beat up like I rip a callus or, know, rip my digits open.
