Is It a Good Idea to Reintroduce the Lifts?
i haven't trained now for weight lifting since were basically since about the week that i saw you in september. So it's been like maybe nine months or something like that. Do you think it would be wise to use that volume to just get used to snatching again, or is it still appropriate to break the lift up into different a variations because of the lower weight?
