The Importance of Breaking Down Video Game Ecosystems
The Copyright Office is used to dealing with just sort of copyrights generally, right? Music, you know, movies, books, and they, all of the segmentation that you have in the video game world isn't as present in those ecosystems. And so I think what's really helpful about this kind of ecosystem typology is it helps the Copyright Office to understand that, oh, there are these like discrete universes and some of them are completely abandoned. That will help convince them that we need this new rule.
