The Different Types of Hypoxia in BFR Training

With BFR training, we can have different degrees of hypoxia. Depending on the degree of pressure that we're going to use in the BFR cuffs. So one of the interesting things that we can do is modify the level of occlusion and modify therefore the level of Hypoxia. And as we've been discussing this week when we were looking at this data, there isn't any difference in terms of the resulting hypertrophy,. even though the hypoxia levels are changing between each of these groups.
