The Central Circadian Clock

So the central clock is in our in our brain and our superchias medic nucleus. We've it's a feedback loop largely governed by the light dark cycle but we have clocks in all of our tissues including muscle. Those clocks are influenced by our main so you know main clock in our brain but they're also independent of what's happening in the brain to reset the clock. If you're traveling overseas doing some activity can help you know realign your circadian clock as with light.
