The Role of Creativity in the Creation of Future Demand

Creativity is particularly important in the creation of future demand. Performance marketing can often work very well on a basis that's completely rational. It's not particularly creative it's putting information in front of people at the right point in time. And so that's where I think we need to be focusing our creative efforts is really on on the future demand piece and allowing ourselves to actually be pretty rational about conversion of existing demand.
