How Much Is Utilized?

In order to get the most out of your hops and you're not often getting it, but especially when you're trying to reuse a new material, it's important. And so that's an important part of this research, right, is like figuring out how much is utilized. So we looked at it, like I mentioned before, just on like a lab bench scale pilot brew, and then also try to look at what the sensory differences might be there.
