We think of sleep as a separate thing that's supposed to work. I think it's important to remember how we look at sleep because sleep is a reflection of everything about us. And then it also is affected by things we can't control like genetic predispositions, illnesses and... Menopause. So not to feel like you're doing anything wrong when you can't sleep.
