The Benefits of Weight Training Over Aerobic Exercise

I'm more like an endurance type person I tend to think you know when you talk about the effect of exercise on glucose uptake or mitochondrial function. The assumption is that it's endurance type exercise, but he was saying that if he was going to say one thing for people to do is they got older, he would say weight training ahead of aerobic. Both are slightly distinct benefits to health as we as we get older.
