How do you determine power levels that a seniority thing is as it starts to uncover some certain things I learn, how do you guys think about power level? Yeah. Is this person a supporter of us? Are they someone who is championing us internally and making sure that you're really tight about the definitions that come along with each of those three respective groups is also very important just from a taxonomy perspective.
