What Makes You a Fantastic Marketer?
Joanne, I think the part of that the resonator the most for me is around you thinking about what you would like to see as a consumer. And I think especially around retention and around marketing, when you're looking at a brand like Jones Road that has more than one skew in our case, a bunch of skews your customer will come in on one skew. When you're done with that, you have no idea which direction to go. Post purchases this example of like having somebody hand hold you through the brand story walk you up and down the aisles and give you a better idea of like, where do you go from here?
